Correction to Recent ProAct Pharmacy Services Postcard

We would like to make you aware of an error in a recent postcard sent by ProAct Pharmacy Services.
The postcard indicated that members could receive up to a 90-day supply through ProAct Pharmacy Services mail order pharmacy for the same copay as a 30-day supply at a retail pharmacy. This statement could potentially be incorrect.
Mail order copays are determined by your specific prescription benefit plan and may differ from retail pharmacy copays. If you have questions about your mail order cost, please contact ProAct for assistance.
